HCA Florida Poinciana Hospital is a four-story, 150,000 square foot hospital with over 75 private beds. We provide a full range of acute care services including emergency services, inpatient and outpatient diagnostic imaging, inpatient and outpatient surgery, cardiac catheterization, laboratory, pharmacy, and a full range of support services. We first opened our doors in 2013 and have continued to expand our facility and services. Our ED is approximately 14,500 square feet and consists of 22 private treatment rooms, an EMS entrance and a helicopter pad. We believe in continually moving healthcare forward and we are advancing knowledge to shape the future of patient care. HCA Healthcare Nurse Residency program is a 14-17 week paid program featuring didactic and specialty clinical training in acute care. The length of the program varies by the specialty that you are pursuing from Medical/Surgical, Telemetry/PCU/Stepdown, Oncology, Behavioral Health, Critical Care ICU, Emergency, and more. StaRN allows new registered nurse graduates to obtain acute care nursing experience through training and clinical preceptorship. At the completion of the program, our trained nurses transfer to the hospital for unit orientation in their new RN career!
