Accounts Receivable (AR) Core Services are the functional areas common to every account in the revenue cycle, which includes: billing, collections, cash posting, document imaging, and customer service.
RCPS offers targeted solutions for early out and bad debt self pay follow up, Medicaid Eligibility, Third Party Liability, and Insurance Follow Up.
Parallon offers a comprehensive, values-based Ethics and Compliance program, which is a vital part of how we conduct business. Parallon Compliance oversees and has responsibility for all revenue cycle compliance- related activities.
Credentialing handles the verification of a clinical practitioner’s education, licensure, and board certification to validate clinical competence. Parallon centralized credentialing services into three regional Credentialing Processing Centers, to ensure compliance with accrediting organization standards.
Parallon’s training programs are created to enhance student competency through an integrated and measurable learning cycle.
Through our HIM Service Center, we are dedicated to maintaining integrity within all aspects of the medical record. Our HIM team is driven by high standards and continuous improvement through metrics.
Parallon’s Patient Access (PTAC) Function encompasses both pre-access and local hospital responsibilities including scheduling, pre-registration, financial clearance, and insurance authorization/verification.
Payment Compliance improves cash flow and the overall financial health of our stakeholders by identifying and resolving inappropriately underpaid claims and invalid denials.
Parallon’s Payroll organization provides accurate, timely, and compliant checks to the customers we serve in an environment of strong internal controls.
The PDU strives to decrease final denials, resulting in faster net revenue increases and identifying overall denial reduction opportunities.
Revenue Integrity (RI) is dedicated to providing outstanding customer service by supporting timely bill edit resolution, charge reviews, and education.
