Scammers Posing as HCA Healthcare Recruiters

We have recently received reports of scammers posing as an HCA Healthcare recruiter in an attempt to trick candidates into providing them personal data such as direct deposit information. Rest assured, HCA Healthcare and its affiliates never do business in this manner. We do NOT solicit payments or payment information from candidates. If you are contacted by anyone requesting payment from you to get a job with HCA Healthcare, please don’t respond.

Signs of a Job Scam

  • Too good to be true: Scammers use high paying salary and great benefits to lure you into ignoring other red flags. If you did not apply for the job, chances are you didn’t get the job!
  • Fake email addresses: Look out for similar but incorrect email addresses such as [email protected] or [email protected].
  • Asking for money or personal information via email. Our recruiters use HR systems to request sensitive information, never email.
  • Interviews where you don’t see another person. Virtual interviews are more common now; however, you should see a person on the other side. Interviews don’t occur via text or chat.
