The Project Manager Assistant (PMA) Program is an entry-level position with the PMCoE to recruit and cultivate talented future leaders of HCA.
The experience is 12-months in which the PMA will execute a development plan combining department, company, technical, role, and culture driven content. This is an opportunity for individuals to grow their organizational leadership skills and their network.
The Pathways Internship program is a full-time 12-week summer program from May-August.

The ITG Technical Residency program is a strategic approach to recruiting top talent from local technical schools. The individuals who participate gain real-world experience within the field of information technology while also gaining a strong understanding of the culture and vision of HCA ITG through interactions with senior leaders, mentors, and managers. The program is 6-months long, and technical residents will be working full-time with their managers.
