The HCA Nurse Residency Program will provide education, support and guidance to new graduate nurses as they begin their careers in HCA Healthcare hospitals. It is a yearlong, extensive clinical orientation and professional development curriculum for new graduate nurses that culminates in an evidence-based poster presentation.
Nurse Residency Program Eligibility Requirements
We accept applications from nursing students who are preparing to graduate within the next six months or graduate nursing students who have six months or less of experience at the time of application.

The first step is an accepted application once it’s been submitted.
Interviews & Selection
After your application has been accepted, you’ll be contacted for an in-person or phone interview.
Candidate Notification
If you are selected after the interview, you will be notified via email and job dashboard.
Offer Letters Mailed
You will receive an official offer letter in the mail to formally accept the position.
Cohort Start Date
It’s official! The start date is now set and you’ll soon be creating healthier tomorrows!
