HCA Florida Gulf Coast Hospital is certified in Advanced Primary Stroke Care, accredited as a Comprehensive Breast Care Center, and is the area’s only Accredited Chest Pain Center with Primary PCI and Resuscitation. Our hospital offers a variety of services including orthopedic care and joint replacement, robotic surgery, cardiac, vascular and interventional services. HCA Florida Gulf Coast Hospital provides the only Pediatric ER in the area and the only Level III Neonatal Intensive Care Unit (NICU) and Pediatric Intensive Care Unit (PICU) in the region.

Our expanded emergency services include our new freestanding ER, Panama City ER. Open 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, Panama City ER is located on Highway 231 just north of Transmitter Road. As a full-service emergency department, the ER includes 11 private patient care rooms, a dedicated cardiac/respiratory resuscitation room, and full hospital lab and diagnostic imaging services including X-ray, CT scan and ultrasound.

HCA Florida Gulf Coast Hospital’s highly skilled team of OB/GYNs and nurses provide compassionate care for our expectant mothers in private labor, delivery and recovery suites offering a safe, supportive and homelike environment. Our specialized practice of using couplet care, a model of caring that emphasizes mother and baby being cared for together, as a pair or “couplet,” provides one nurse to personally help our mothers and babies off to a happy, healthy start during their stay at HCA Florida Gulf Coast Hospital.

HCA Florida Gulf Coast Hospital is honored to serve Bay County and the surrounding area. Above all else, we are committed to the care and improvement of human life.
