The CPG Associate Account Manager is an account management and customer service position responsible for managing named accounts and answering general questions from a certain segment of the CoreTrust membership. In alignment with the Sales Director, the Associate Account Manager will ensure members are communicated with proactively and maintain a record of those communications. They will sign new members on occasion and help to generate new business opportunities while assisting with up-selling/expanding revenue across the existing membership

•            Account Management: The Associate Account Manager will have responsibility for managing a certain number of members at the discretion of the Sr. Sales Director.  Duties will include relationship development and management, supplier partner concerns, general communication and implementation management.

•            New Business Development: The Associate Account Manager should be prepared to present the CoreTrust story and value proposition to existing and new members via conference, webinar or via email. This will create new business opportunities to pursue.

•            Pipeline Management: The Associate Account Manager, at the Sr. Sales Director’s discretion, will be responsible for managing and acting upon a pipeline to be organized and updated through SalesForce.com.  Proactive pipeline management and regular follow-up will be keys to growing a successful business.

•            Account Management: Manages certain aspects of account management, including documentation tracking, member implementation, and on boarding with vendors.

•            Reporting: oversee the preparation of necessary data and reports.  Review and analyze for accuracy and outcomes needed.  Provide strategies around achieving desired results.

Qualifications

What you need to be considered for this role:

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & ABILITIES –  Build/Establish/Retain relationships. Work with supplier partners to enhance opportunities. Self starter, good email and verbal communication skills, and strong time management capability. Team player working with internal stakeholders to improve the CoreTrust product.

EDUCATION

  • Bachelor's degree required

EXPERIENCE      

  • 1-2 years Account Management experience
