Twin Cities Hospital is a 65-bed hospital with a medical staff of over 150 physicians. It offers all private rooms and the areas first Certified Orthopedic Joint Replacement Program and Certified Spine Surgery Program, in addition to a state-of-the-art surgery center. Twin Cities Hospital also has 24 hour emergency services, a critical care unit, Certified Diabetes Education Program, and a variety of inpatient and outpatient diagnostic imaging and laboratory services. POSITION SUMMARY: The mammographer serves to ensure quality diagnostic imaging mammography services. The mammographer independently obtains and assesses required images, evaluates completed mammographic films, and reports all clinical information to the Radiologist. The mammographer cooperates and coordinates with all members of the Diagnostic Imaging Department as necessary for the provision of quality patient care and can be asked to cover Radiology services when required. The mammographer is responsible for the Quality Control MSQA documentation, record maintenance, and patient report communication.
