Position Summary:
Supervises staff in all duties of a Radiology procedures on a a direct or indirect basis. Ensures compliance of all regulatory requirements through State of Florida Office of Radiation Control and maintains all appropriate quality control as defined by above agencies. Ensures completion of all required work at the end of tour. Meets staffing requirements for departments. Provides all necessary PI data as required on the departmental PI plan. This position requires the full understanding and active participation in fulfilling the mission of Osceola Regional Medical Center. It is expected that the employee will demonstrate behavior consistent with the core values. The employee shall support Osceola Regional Medical Center's strategic plan and the goals and direction of the Performance Improvement Plan (PIP).

Associate degree preferred

Minimum 3 years prior experience as a Diagnostic Technologist
Prior supervisory experience desired
Excellent written/verbal communication skills
Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred

Florida State License in General Radiographer and ARRT license. 
BLS certification
