Kendall Regional Medical Center is a 417-bed, full-service, acute hospital providing 24-hour comprehensive care in the community including trauma, burn, surgical, women’s and children’s services, behavioral health and diagnostic services, along with two full service free-standing ER facilities, one in Doral and the other at The Palms Town & Country.

Job Summary:
The Burn Education and Outreach Coordinator provides internal burn education and outreach to nursing and physician staff. This position analyzes data to determine indicated and age appropriate burn prevention community activities. In addition, performs concurrent reviews of patient care records and assesses for specified filters and opportunities for improvement.
In compliance with the emergency regulation issued by the Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS) dated November 4, 2021, and company policy, this role requires you to be fully vaccinated for COVID-19 based on local, state and /or federal law or regulations, or to have applied for a medical or religious exemption (including booster for California).
