HCA Nurse Residency Program- TriStar Division

At HCA Healthcare, you have options! This position gives the option of declining benefits for a higher starting pay.

TriStar Health is committed to the development and training of the caregivers of the future. Making the transition from student to professional nurse requires gaining additional knowledge and expertise in clinical skills, critical thinking and professional role assimilation. How you begin your nursing career is an important decision for you and for the safety of your patients.

Accelerate your nursing career by joining our Specialty Training Apprenticeship for Registered Nurses (StaRN) program. Our Nurse Graduate Program is designed to help you prepare to succeed in an acute care hospital setting. During the StaRN program, you will work with instructors to complete class assignments, skills training and exercises. Then, you will work with your preceptor during the preceptorship that follows. At successful program completion, you will be a valued team member with specialty training, established relationships and familiarity with our values and culture.
Our StaRN program has the following 2022 start dates: July 18, September 12, and November 7
Nurse Residency usually lasts 12 months. It is 2 parts: StaRN Program is 5 weeks and then the rest of the time is with the Facility Leadership and Education at the Facility with the unit:
