SHIFT: No WeekendsThe case management assistant (CMA) will work under the direction of the RN case manager or social worker to assist with facilitating patient discharges requiring post-acute placement or services, and will identify and report barriers to discharges. The CMA will provide administrative support in Case Management functions.
This position is 32 hours per week.

Qualifications
Education:
Associates degree preferred
Experience:
Minimum of one year experience in a health care setting required
Licensure:
Health care professional (CNA, EMT) preferred
Training:
Medical terminology required.
