Job Summary and Qualifications

We are seeking a Phlebotomist for our facility to ensure that we continue to provide all patients with high quality, efficient care. We are an amazing team that works hard to support each other and we are seeking a phenomenal addition like you who feels patient care is as meaningful as we do. We want you to apply now!

What you will do in this role:

• You will be required to have detailed knowledge of the science of phlebotomy and is skilled in performing all phlebotomy techniques, including venipuncture on patients of all ages, finger sticks and heel sticks.
• You will correctly identify patients using two patient identifiers and correctly labels specimens according to procedural standards.
• You will be responsible for processing specimens, troubleshooting problems and promptly resolving specimen collection issues.
• You will provide rapid collection of stat specimen.

What qualifications you will need:

• High school education or equivalent required.
• Vocational school training preferred.
• Skilled in collecting blood samples on all types of patients.
