Job Summary and Qualifications

The Recruiting Coordinator serves as a liaison for the CereCore Recruitment Services team. The Recruiting Coordinator is responsible for handling multiple job duties and projects related to recruiting and onboarding candidates.

GENERAL RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Will manage and publish job descriptions using standardized format on CereCore career portal
  • Involved in marketing related to the CereCore Recruitment Services team including quarterly flyers, brochure creation, graphics, and more
  • Marketing efforts will require the use of Adobe
  • Candidate utilizes Candidate Applicant Tracking System and Vendor Management Software tool on a regular basis
  • Manages day-to-day onboarding of new hires including ensuring compliance measure are met prior to a candidate starting on project
  • Helps new hires become acclimated to CereCore
  • Assists with the recruitment process, which may include sourcing and review of resumes to identify qualified candidates, conduct pre-screening phone interviews, schedule and prepare documentation for interviews
  • Assists with coordinating calendar invites and scheduling meetings
  • Prepares reports and performs regular system audits
  • Develops and maintains professional relationships with contractors, hiring managers, and partners of CereCore (staffing agencies)
  • Create and update Excel spreadsheets on a regular basis
  • Perform data entry, data analysis, record keeping, and more
  • Provides information on company operations and job opportunities to potential applicants and contractors
  • Involved in the onboarding process
  • Tracks contract extensions and terminations
  • The Recruiting Coordinator may be asked from time to time to complete tasks not listed within the contents of this document, but that are relative to the goals of the business

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE:

  • College Degree Required, or Significant Direct Work Experience
  • Minimum one year specifically related experience
  • Requires proficiency in Microsoft Suite and Adobe
  • Requires ability to use VMS tool
  • Requires ability to use ATS tool

OTHER SPECIAL SKILLS & ABILITIES:

  • Requires excellent typing skills
  • Candidate must be detail-oriented
  • Candidate must have previous marketing experience
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills required
