Description

This position is eligible for a $10,000 sign-on bonus with a 2-year commitment to Mission Health. Sign-on bonus will be paid out in your first paycheck! 

**Only new hires eligible for sign-on bonus; prior employees have to be separated from Mission for at least 1 year to be re-eligible for sign-on.

Job Summary and Qualifications

Responsible for all testing and services for respiratory therapy for Mission Hospital. Develops and executes the strategic direction for respiratory therapy. Oversees the quality, service levels, cost and operational integrity of respiratory therapy services, and regulatory compliance and accreditation. Directs area operations, programs, and activities consistent with Senior Leadership’s objectives.


What qualifications you will need:

Required Education: Bachelor’s Degree

Preferred Education: BLS Certified and ACLS Certification.

Required License: Respiratory Care Practitioner License.

Required Experience: Considerable experience in complex respiratory therapy operations. A deep understanding of the acute care environment is essential.

Preferred Experience: Experience within an integrated health care system.
