Job Summary and Qualifications

Responsible for the coordination of clinical, management, and business activities by providing leadership for patient placement throughout the organization. Supervises and facilitates the management of clinical nursing practice and patient placement. Exercises management responsibilities through problem-solving and collaboration, independently and as delegated by Director of Hospital Clinical Operations.

What qualifications you will need:

Required Education: Bachelor of Science in Nursing or related field

Preferred Education: Master’s Degree in Nursing or plan to enroll in a program within one year.

Required License: Must have and maintain current licensure as registered nurse with the North Carolina Board of Nursing or compact state as defined by North Carolina Board of Nursing, current BCLS, ACLS.

Required Experience: Minimum of 1 year of recent, relevant leadership experience with demonstrated increase of leadership skills.

Preferred Experience: Previous clinical management experience required.
