EmployeeHealth Nurse (RN)
The employee health nurse functionsas a member of the human resource department, with responsibilities in theareas of pre-employment and annual health assessments of volunteers andemployees, education, health promotion programs and assisting in meeting allstate and federal regulations that impact Frisbie, its employees andvolunteers.
SPECIFICELEMENTS & ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
Managethe administration of Employee Health policies, procedures and the EmployeeHealth Program. Carry outresponsibilities in the following areas:
- Manage work related injuries for employees of FMH
- Maintains, completes and files OSHA 300 log
- Co-Chair Employee Safety and Security Committee.
- Ensure complete and timely submission of Workers’ Compensation
Premium Credit Program with allrequired elements completed.
