We are seeking a(an) Operations Manager - PACE for our team to ensure that we continue to provide all patients with high quality, efficient care. Did you get into our industry for these reasons? Under the supervision of the Operations Director oversees and manages the daily operations of CarePartners PACE including operations of the day center, rehabilitation, recreation, spiritual care and dietary. This includes ensuring that appropriate personnel are trained and perform their functions within the organization, operational services standards and budgetary criteria are met, and operations are in compliance with all governing regulations. Works in conjunction with the Social Workers and Home Care to assure that concerns and support are followed up on to families, participants, and caregivers. Works with the Clinic Manager to ensure that Program Aides complete assigned daily tasks and report areas of concern.
Required Education: Bachelor’s Degree plus two (2) years related experience.
Preferred Education: LPN or RN or MBA
Required License: Valid NC Driver’s, Valid BLS and First Aid
Required Experience: At least 1 year working with a frail or elderly population. Working knowledge of physical, mental, spiritual, transportation, and social needs of the frail/elderly and their families. At least 2 years of recent, relevant clinical health experience. Demonstrated effective leadership and decision-making skills. Previous supervisory skills including coaching and mentoring. Knowledge of principles, practices, standards and techniques of personal assistance services. Working knowledge of quality improvement and cost containment systems.
Preferred Experience: Experience working effectively within an interdisciplinary team model, interfacing and collaborating with a wide range of clinical and social services disciplines who work together to manage the PACE participants' care. Ability to effectively and efficiently plan, prioritize and follow up on/delegate responsibilities
