Job Summary and Qualifications

The BI Reporting Analyst II is responsible for delivering the HCA HR reporting strategy created by the Finance & Analytics Center of Excellence. The reporting organization will enable HR field teams, managers, and leaders to make better human capital decisions by providing them with the key HR data they need to decide and act upon. The BI Reporting Analyst II will be responsible for providing dashboards, ad hoc reports, and analyses to the enterprise.

  • Aggregate sensitive HR data and produce standard, value-added HR reports for use by HR field teams, line managers and top executives of the organization 
  • Design and deliver customized reports to HR field teams, line managers and top executives of the organization
  • Conduct regular audits of HR data and report on issues to be corrected
  • Audit data access rules across the HR population to ensure the appropriate people are viewing the correct data
  • Write queries to pull source data needed for various HR projects 
  • Conduct ongoing training on the available reports and how to access them

What qualifications you will need:
  • Bachelors Degree
  • 3+ years of experience in data and analytics required
