Job Summary and Qualifications

As a HR Shared Service Coordinator you are a member of the HR Service Center team, responsible for providing resolution on associate inquiries that are beyond the routine level of complexity. You will research the issue and take appropriate action to resolve or further escalate the issue to resolution. You will be specialized in supporting HR functional transactional work and will have an in-depth understanding of established policies and programs within HR. Your goal will be to ensure HR service delivery is consistently high-quality, and will collaborate with Centers of Excellence (COEs), external Tier II (Payroll and HRIS) and Third Party providers.

What you will do in this role:

  • You will understand the Onboarding life cycle of HCA Hires in order to knowledgeably answer questions and process escalations from HRBPs, Managers, Recruiters, Tier I WFA Reps, and Partnering Service Groups
  • Complete mass salary upload changes provided by Compensation COE for all of HCA
  • You will review job requirements and confirm new hire actions for all HCA new hires, rehires and transfers
  • Assist managerial staff with employee actions when needed (terminations, payroll adjustments, internal transfers and status changes)
  • Issue one-time payments per request of Local HR and/or manager ensuring proper documentation and agreements are on file

What you should have for this role:

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • Minimum of 1 year experience is required
  • HR service center Experience is preferred
  • Significant and direct experience in a customer service center environment may be considered in lieu of college degree requirement
