Job Summary and Qualifications

Seeking a Senior Financial Analyst to support Clinical Operations finance within Sarah Cannon Research Institute. Your oversight will be to accurately analyze, provide effective reporting, and complete financial processes such as budgeting and forecasting, and to provide insightful financial advice.

What you will do in this role:

  • You will develop departmental budgets along with appropriate variances analyses using historical data and insightful prediction techniques to propose recommendations
  • Develop forecasting models including appropriate variance analyses using historical data and insightful prediction techniques to propose recommendations
  • Prepare the Monthly Operating Report (MOR) for executive management supported by the appropriate data and variance analysis complete with root cause research
  • You will complete financial analyses that accurately reflect business health including contribution margin, EBITDA, ROI etc. along with full explanation and interpretation of results.
  • Develop profitability analyses for business segments, studies, sponsors, lines of business, etc. using insightful, cost-driver based processes

What qualifications you will need:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics or related field as required
  • A minimum of one year of experience in a business-related field
