Job Summary and Qualifications

The Talent Management Analyst  supports the Leadership & Organizational Development COE by creating and managing reports and dashboards for the L&OD Team. Reporting requests will range from routine data queries as well as building complex reports and dashboards. They will partner with HR Analytics and L&OD team to establish and standardize reporting to ensure regular and consistent reporting is available. This role will be responsible for all aspects of reporting from requirements gathering through delivery and ongoing maintenance. 

What you will do in this role: 

  • Identifies process and system usage patterns and potential process improvement opportunities.
  • Develop robust reporting and analytics solutions to measure and improve operational performance for programs across L&OD.
  • Search for trends, patterns, correlations in data and work with Program Directors to uncover causation
  • Evaluate delivery and signature series program/service effectiveness by analyzing quantitative and qualitative data and comparing results against expected performance objectives. Complete ongoing analysis to identify trends, issues and opportunities for improved performance. 
  • Run reports from Healthstream and database reports using SQL
  • Design and implement interactive dashboards using PowerBI
  • Consult with L&OD Team to investigate and analyze particular reporting/deployment issues
  • Develop and Deliver technical training to L&OD Team. 

What qualifications you will need:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business, Finance, Human Resources, or a related field required
  • Master's Degree Preferred
  • 3+ years of experience in providing analysis/reporting required
  • 1+ years of experience in the following: data manipulation and transformation with large volumes of data, advanced proficiency in Excel, SQL, BI Dashboard tools, i.e. Power BI, HR analytics, Tableau, etc.
