The Patient Advocate's role is to promote positive patient and family centered care by serving as an advocate of service excellence for patients, family members, physicians, and guests along with promoting and influencing a healthy work environment for staff.
Bachelors Degree required within 12 months.
Experience with patient advocacy, conflict resolution and customer relations required. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, diplomacy, problem solving, mediation, data management, and computer skills.
