You contribute to our success. Every role has an impact on our patients’ lives and you have the opportunity to make a difference. We are looking for a dedicated Training Developer like you to be a part of our team.

 

As a Training Developer you will be responsible for the design, development and delivery of Parallon education initiatives. You will be a member of a cross functional team, which includes Business Owners, Project Management, IT&S, and many more. You will work closely with these groups to develop and implement education strategies that advance our organization.

 
In this role you will:

 

  • Develop educational strategies for both competency-based and operational-based education initiatives
  • Manage multiple projects and assignments of varying scale
  • Develop, revise and maintain content-specific, competency-based, and operational-based education programs in conjunction with experts from the field
  • Deliver and support training initiatives for various groups, including leadership teams and end-users
  • Coordinate logistics associated with education events and departmental meetings
  • Interact with internal subject matter experts and IT&S to maintain departmental standards and consistency
  • Review course evaluations and determine appropriate action to incorporate feedback into curricula

 

Some travel may be required.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree required
  • Equivalent work experience may substitute degree requirement
  • Minimum of 3 – 5 years of training, development and delivery experience required (including instructional design, adult learning principles, and technology-based education)
  • Healthcare background preferred
  • Distance learning experiences preferred
