Job Summary and Qualifications:

  • Coordinates the work flow of Executive Staff by providing administrative and secretarial support.

Required Experience:

  • Seven or more years of progressive administrative, office management or executive secretarial experience.

Preferred Experience:

  • Experience in health related field to include strong ability to take minutes, compose letters, transcribe dictation, use standard office equipment and operation of a personal computer. Working knowledge of medical terminology also helpful.

Required Education:

  • Associate degree in secretarial sciences or equivalent combination of education and experience required. Demonstrates competencies within 60 days of hire to substitute the education experience.
  • These competencies are provided below in the Required Experience section.

Preferred Education: Bachelors degree preferred.

 

Preferred License: Notary public.
