Paramedic (EMT-P) – Northshore Emergency Center
Corpus Christi - Northshore Emergency Center is an off-site 12-bed emergency department located at 1702 Highway 181 North, Suite A-11 in Portland, Texas. A full-service emergency room providing 24/7 care for residents of Portland, Aransas Pass, Ingleside, Rockport, Corpus Christi and the entire Coastal Bend region. We are proud to be part of the Northshore and Coastal Bend community, providing emergency help and community services for the entire area. Our ER services are close to home, and you will not need to cross the Harbor Bridge to receive care.
Northshore Emergency Center is part of the Corpus Christi Medical Center is a Health Care System. Which also includes Bay Area, Doctors Regional, The Heart Hospital, Northwest Regional, Bayview Behavioral Hospital, and Radiation Oncology at Corpus Christi Cancer Center.
What you will do in this role:
The Emergency Tech assists nursing and medical staff of the Emergency Department by providing clinical and clerical services that support patient care delivery. Clinical interventions performed under the supervision of a Registered Nurse may be provided to neonatal, pediatric, adolescent, adult, and geriatric patients with urgent or emergent medical conditions.
