Terre Haute Regional Hospital is a 278-bed, Level III Trauma Center offering comprehensive medical and surgical programs. This position creates and maintains current records of hospital service files, contracts, preventive maintenance and service repair. Assisted in the procurement of material, equipment and parts for department. Maintains time keeping for department and work schedule. Reconcile purchases for department. Tack work orders status and generate reports for review by Director. Communicate with vendors and resolve invoice issues. Coordinate procurements with accounting. Type letters, memos and meeting minutes as requested. Receives incoming calls for department. Edits and prepares all Plans and policies in coordination with the Director.
