Job Summary

The Operations Coordinator position is an entry-level operations role that is responsible for helping support the activities of the CoreTrust sales team.  The Coordinator manages the flow of activities leading to a member sale.  The role facilitates the onboarding of CoreTrust members and works with the CoreTrust Account Managers and Sales Directors to get membership documents prepared, signed, and updated.  The Coordinator also provides basic ad hoc reporting for the sales team and the operations team.

 

As the CoreTrust Operations Coordinator, you will be responsible for:

  • Ensuring accurate and timely preparation and execution of member agreements
  • Facilitating documentation flow between sales and legal
  • Maintaining member data in Salesforce
  • Facilitating member onboarding
  • Preparing draft and executable versions of amendments to member agreements
  • Processing new member additions and category selections
  • Maintaining member participating facility lists
  • Providing member-requested activity reporting
  • Completing ad hoc and special projects

Qualifications

What you need to be considered for the CoreTrust Operations Coordinator role:

  • College graduate or high school graduate with 3+ years' relevant experience
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Excel and web skills preferred
  • Strong orientation toward details and processes
  • Salesforce experience preferred
  • Finance background desirable
  • 1+ years relevant work experience in a Corporate environment preferred
  • This is an in office position 4-days and remote 1-day per week after training.
