Job Summary: The Youth Development Coach is responsible for implementation and execution of the Youth Development/Child Watch program through creative ideas and excellent service to our members. In this capacity, the Youth Development Coach provides care and supervision of members' children ages 6 weeks to 6 years and 7 to 13 years while the parent/member remains on-site and engaged in fitness activities.
Required Education: High School diploma or equivalent
Preferred License: None
Required Experience: Current certification in CPR and First Aid or equivalent or ability to obtain within 90 days of hire. Strong interpersonal skills. 1 year prior experience caring for children
