The Transportation Supervisor is responsible for supervising the day-to-day activities of the patient transportation department. The Supervisor is responsible for participating in hiring decisions and disciplinary recommendations, for assigning transporters duties and for monitoring the activities of transporters to improve productivity and assess employee performance.

Qualifications

  • High School Diploma or equivalent (GED)
  • Current BLS (Basic Life Support) American Heart Assco.
  • Critical thinking, service excellence and good interpersonal communication skills, ability to read/comprehend written instructions, ability to follow verbal instructions, PC skills
