SHIFT: Days (rotating weekends)The primary purpose of the Lead Case Manager is to ensure that primary operations of the Case Management/Utilization Review Department function efficiently. This position maintains a caseload or equivalent assignment as volume dictates while providing a first line resource to Case Managers, Utilization Review, and Medical Social Workers. This position routinely dialogs with the Manager and/or Director to ensure seamless front line communication.

Demonstrated communications and customer service skills, success in organizing work and ability to multi-task. Ability to follow written and oral instructions.
