Job Summary and Qualifications

The Delivery Tech Specialist performs customer service through the application of set-up and delivery of DME equipment in the patients home and other facilities for Alliance Home Medical.

What you will do in this role:

• When receiving new inventory, check the shipment with shipping paper and make sure everything is received, and stock supplies in assigned area. Any serialized items need to have serial number on packing slip when turned in.
• Talks with dissatisfied customers and coordinates the correction of the complaint and ensures service recovery. Recommends corrective services to adjust customer complaints.
• Responds promptly to customer needs; Responds to requests for service and assistance; Meets commitments.
• Responsible for properly entering and filing patient charts and to assist in filing insurance claims and re-certs.
• Fills out order forms, determines charges and coverage for requested, collects co-pays, and inserts date into information system.
• Performs customer service by providing delivery and set-up of equipment to patient homes and other facilities.

What qualifications you will need:

• High School Diploma or GED Required
• Valid Drivers License
• 6 Months Experience Preferred
