Supervises staff in the performance of all CT procedures on a direct or indirect basis. Ensures compliance of all regulatory requirements through State of Florida Office of Radiation Control and maintains all appropriate quality control as defined by above agencies. Ensures completion of all required work at the end of tour. Meets staffing requirements for departments. Provides all necessary PI data as required on the departmental PI plan. This position requires the full understanding and active participation in fulfilling the mission of Osceola Regional Medical Center. It is expected that
the employee will demonstrate behavior consistent with the core values. The employee shall support Osceola Regional Medical Center's strategic plan and the goals and direction of the Performance Improvement Plan (PIP).

Graduate of an accredited program of Radiologic Technology.
Two to three years minimum experience in CT. Demonstrates ability to work with patients of all ages, extensive knowledge of the correct operation of all departmental equipment, accessories and procedures. The ability to diagnose basic equipment malfunctions and communicate with service personnel. Use initiative and independent judgement when necessary. Ability to train various staff types in essential job functions and evaluates those functions. Good communication skills and the ability to use proper channels of communication. Must have ability to coordinate varied tasks. LICENSE/CERTIFICATIONS: Current license in the state of Florida as general Radiographer.
ARRT certified (Radiography and CT) preferred.
