Job Summary and Qualifications

Provides expertise for operational initiatives for dialysis services. The position will be responsible for building the organizational systems, processes and talent that support and enable achievement of the Dialysis Services strategic agenda.  This position requires approximately 50% Travel.

·Support execution of the dialysis services operational agenda across organization.

·Serve as a subject matter expert about dialysis operations, and care delivery process and workflow for patients requiring dialysis

·Support operationalization of evidence-based patient safety, quality improvement, and efficiency strategies and initiatives.

·Through data consumption, identify highest-value opportunities to proposed solutions to clinical workflow and operational barriers.

·Identify facility variation in standardized process, and support identified facilities in realigning processes.

·Manages and monitors operations for Dialysis Services.

·Collaborate with other organizational teams to ensure ongoing operational improvements reflect best practices and/or address actual and potential system vulnerabilities.

·Build, maintain, and leverage strategic relationships with Division, Hospital, and HWS leaders across the organization.

·Lead, collaborate, and/or provide subject matter expertise for key dialysis operational initiatives (i.e. utilization of SLED in the ICU, water and machine management).

·Oversee development of and updates to resources that support maintenance of dialysis operations.

·Collaborate with key organizational partners to operationalize tools and resources to further support safe and effective care delivery and efficiencies in the dialysis setting.

·Monitor data to identify and resolve potential system vulnerabilities as well as find valuable practices to solve organizational problems.

·Identify key process opportunities in dialysis during assessments, and offer solutions to assist Facility with action plan development and execution.

·Collaborate with Division and Facility leaders to drive initiative and/or action plan execution for dialysis

·Maintain effective and impactful communication with colleagues across the organization.

·Participate in ongoing professional development and growth opportunities. Effectively manage project work, and adhere to agreed upon timelines.

    Education and Experience
    Bachelor's Degree Required/Master's Business Administration or Healthcare Administration Preferred
    3+ years of experience in dialysis 
    5+ years of experience in healthcare 
    Registered Nurse - Currently licensed as a registered professional nurse in the state in which he or she practices, in accordance with law and regulation.
