Job Summary and Qualifications

  • The Administrative Supervisor is responsible for the clinical operational and administrative oversight for all departments in the absence of the Managers and Directors.

 

Required Experience: Minimum of 5 years nursing experience with 2 years of supervisory or management experience

 

Preferred Experience: Critical Care nursing experience

 

Required Education: Bachelor's Degree in Nursing

 

Preferred Eduction: Master's Degree

 

Required License:

  • Must have and maintain current license as a registered nurse in North Carolina or one of the compact states as defined by North Carolina Board of Nursing,
  • Must have and maintain current BCLS.
  • In Member hospitals, certification in ACLS and/or PALS may be required.

Preferred License: Specialty Certification in Leadership from National Organization
