Job Summary and Qualifications

Seeking a Training Developer like you who provides expertise on developing and delivering efficient and effective content-specific curriculum for our front desk team. We are an amazing team that works hard to support each other and are seeking a phenomenal addition like you who feels employee and patient care is as meaningful as we do.

What you will do in this role:

Seeking a Training Developerlike you who provides expertise on developing and delivering efficient and effective content-specific curriculum for our x-ray and back office team. We are an amazing team that works hard to support each other and are seeking a phenomenal addition like you who feels employee and patient care is as meaningful as we do.

What you will do in this role:

  • Communicate front desk procedures and processes
  • Simultaneously manages multiple projects and assignments of various scale
  • Develop, revise and maintain content-specific, competency-based, and operational-based education programs as assigned, in conjunction with experts from the field
  • Deliver and support training initiatives for various groups, including leadership teams and end-users. Delivery methods may include instructor-led, train-the-trainer, virtual classroom, web-cast, or web based methodologies
  • Provide training support at implementations as requested.
  • Interact with internal SMEs and training standards to maintain departmental standards and consistency of development for the organization
  • Course evaluations and determine appropriate action that incorporates feedback into curriculums.
  • Traveling to the deliver training in the field during acquisition and new clinic openings. (Travel can be up to 50% of the time)
What Qualifications you will need:
  • Bachelor’s degree or higher is preferred or equivalent work experience
  • 2+ years of experience in training and development
  • 1+ years of experience in a lead, supervisory, or management role
  • Experience developing for various training environments (classroom, virtual, eLearning)
  • Experience using e-learning programs such as Webex, Zoom, Captivate, Lectora, Articulate, Camtasia, etc
  • Strong presentation skills, including clear and concise writing skills; ability to translate technical information into user-friendly documentation, coursework, process flows, etc
