You contribute to our success. Every role has an impact on our patients’ lives and you have the opportunity to make a difference. We are looking for a dedicated Senior Executive Assistant like you to be a part of our team.

What you will do in this role:

  • Perform complex administrative duties including schedule calls, meetings and coordinate travel for Senior Managers. Process expense reports for Senior Vice President.
  • Compose correspondence, and coordinate resources across corporate functions. Handle various administrative details with initiative and good judgment.
  • Provide general administrative support including typing, answer multiple phone lines, index and file documents, make copies, send express mail, handle travel arrangements, and schedule meetings.
  • Gather information and develop summaries or reports as requested.
  • Onboard new Team members. Ensure adequate office space, computer, phone, building/parking access internal forms submitted (AMEX, Concur), and additional material required based on new Team member position.
  • Develop and implement office procedures related to coordination of interoffice communication, records and systems.
  • Assist Management in the planning and coordination of educational/training sessions.Distribute communication to attendees and prepare materials for sessions.
  • Ensure management and adequacy of office supplies and equipment including purchases, maintenance and servicing. Coordinate and oversee various office projects.
  • Process payroll bi-weekly for Team and Senior Managers as assigned.
  • Maintain capital equipment request log and ensure approved requests are distributed in a timely manner to field Administrators. Facilitate request for payment with Nashville office.
  • Facilitate accurate and timely office lease payment with Property Management and Nashville office

What you will need:

  • Four to five years of administrative experience is required, including at least one year in a healthcare organization (appropriate education may be substituted for experience).
  • Bachelors degree in Business, Accounting, or Finance preferred.
