Job Summary and Qualifications

The Division Clinical Coordinator of Nursing Operations monitors employee time records, acts as a Healthstream administrator and assists in evaluations of staff as well as all educational needs for Austin Market Pool and Division Dialysis staff. The role requires monitoring, reporting and evaluating policy and labor activities to the  Division Director of Nurse Staffing and the Division Dialysis Director. In collaboration with these other members of the management team, the Clinical Coordinator of Nursing Operations directs, monitors, and evaluates non-licensed clinical personnel in accordance with established policies/procedures and models a commitment to St. David’s Healthcare’s vision/mission/values and goals. 

What qualifications you will need:

EDUCATION:

Required: High school diploma or equivalent

Preferred:  Graduate from an accredited Nursing Program

EXPEREINCE:

·Experience in policy and procedure development and maintenance required

·5 years of Acute Care Hospital experience required

·2 years in supervisory role experience preferred

·Experience with electronic time management systems Experience with electronic scheduling systems
