We are seeking a Quality Coordinator RN for our practice who provides clinical expertise to ensure all patients receive high quality, efficient care. What you will do in this role:
  • Collaborates with a multidisciplinary team in all aspects of care improvement processes

  • Operationalizes evidence-based practices to enhance patient safety and quality outcomes. 

  • Supports the achievement of internal/external benchmarks, accreditations, and designations.

  • Facilitates the implementation of quality improvement action plans in assigned clinical division in response to best practice guidelines, event investigation, and regulatory priorities.

  • Collaborates with facility quality department on mortality reviews, division quality and safety initiatives.

  • Ensures compliance with all policies, procedures, and regulatory standards.

  • Coordinates performance improvement activities at the clinical division level which are aligned with facility, division and/or corporate initiatives

  • Facilitates divisional process improvement activities

  • Collects, analyzes data related to performance and communicates outcomes to collaboratively develop action plans to improve outcomes

Qualifications

  • Must be a graduate from an accredited school of Nursing: Bachelor's Degree in Nursing or higher is required
  • A current American Heart Association (AHA) or American Red Cross Basic Life Support (BLS) Health Care Provider is required
  • 2 years of hospital acute care experience required
