Job Summary and Qualifications

As the Manager of Robotic Clinical Operations, you will be responsible for the clinical staff and the operations of the site. You will collaborate with Directors of Nursing and Nursing Managers at the facility. You goal will be to ensure competent, cost effective patient care.

  • You will assists with division nursing operations, processes and procedures
  • You will interact directly with administration, physicians, public, staff, and all members of the health care team
  • You will facilitate development of current staff and orientation of new employees
  • You will be responsible for hiring processes such as interviewing and selection
  • You will perform personnel performance evaluations and conduct counseling when necessary
  • You will coordinate preceptorship assignments and learning opportunities



What qualifications you will need:
  • 3 years of experience as a charge nurse, care coordinator or supervisor 
  • 3 years of experience in a nursing education role
  • Experience with da Vinci robotics
  • Registered Nurse
  • Bachelors Degree
  • Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
