SHIFT: PRN
SCHEDULE: PRN/Per Diem


POSITION SUMMARY: Perform secretarial / clerical function for Director and/or Supervisor of the Plant Operations Department. Supports Plant Operations function with Web TMA System, PowerPoint, Excel, Word program.  Excellent written and oral communication skills.  Must be very organized and have the ability to handle multiple responsibilities.  Must be a detail oriented person and enjoy working with management, staff, vendors, contractors in a professional and diplomatic manner.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

  1. Actively seeks ways to control costs without compromising patient safety, quality of care or the services delivered.
  2. Attends in-service presentations and completes all mandatory education requirements.
  3. Regular, punctual and dependable attendance per policy.
  4. Other duties as assigned.

  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred

 

LICENSURE/CERTIFICATION:

  • None

 

EXPERIENCE REQUIRED OR PREFERRED:

  • Secretarial / Clerical skills required
  • Communication skills required
  • PowerPoint / Excel / Word, computer skills required

 

SKILLS, KNOWLEDGE, AND ABILITIES:

  • Ability to prioritize guest as they come in the facility to get them to their destination
  • Ability to communicate with guest, vendors, management and staff effectively
  • Ability to identify abnormal conditions and notify the correct department
