In this role you will assist management at the facility, market and division levels in achieving organizational goals by acting as a reliable and trusted consultant on a wide range of labor relations matters. You will assist in the interpretation and administration of collective bargaining agreements, compliance with labor laws, and union avoidance. You may manage other members of the Labor Relations staff who also provide labor relations support within the pertinent market or division.
