Seeking a Lead Treatment Manager for our practice who provides clinical expertise to ensure all patients receive high quality, efficient care. GENERAL SUMMARY:
Reviews appropriateness of inpatient admission and manages the patient’s care throughout inpatient the hospital treatment while serving as a liaison between the hospital and physician.  Provides appropriate age-specific care. 
 
In this role you will: 

• Serves as Team Lead of Inpatient Treatment Managers
• Communicates with patient, family, treatment team, and physician to assure timely discharge planning
• Manages the utilization of services through concurrent reviews with payors and/or through internal review
• Coordinates discharge planning activities with physician and Treatment Managers
• May meet with new patients to complete the psychosocial assessment
• May develop a treatment plan and update with specific goals delineating clinical intervention unique to the patien
• May facilitates family discharge meetings
• May facilitate group therapy with patients and families
• Communicate and document all relevant information to treatment team
• Demonstrate an understanding of and adherence to the Code of Conduct
• Conduct reflect the Company’s values and a commitment to the Code of Conduct
• Adheres to hospital policies and procedures
• Performs other duties as requested or required

Qualifications

Qualifications:

• Master’s degree in Counseling, Social Work, or related field and an LMSW or LPC required
• LPC-S or LCSW preferred
• Requires a minimum of three years’ experience working with psychiatric, mentally ill population
• Requires Utilization Review Experience
• Current BLS with American Heart Association or American Red Cross and SAMA certification or attainment during the orientation period within 30 days of hire
