Working for HCA Mountain Division provides a unique opportunity to contribute to healthcare across multiple markets (Utah MountainStar system, Anchorage, Boise, and Idaho Falls) as well as interact with the larger HCA family across the country. This position is responsible for management, analysis and improvement measures, and provides the opportunity to work with the hospital C-Suite and directors as well as division leaders to provide meaningful insights to support strategic decision-making. We are looking for a leader who is clinically proficient, analytical, has a sense of ownership and a collaborative, consultative approach. This is a role where a motivated individual can make a mark!
