SCHEDULE: Part-time

SCHEDULE: This is a part-time position with flexibility to choose three 8-hour days between the hours of 8:30 a.m. and 5:00 p.m.

What you will do in this role:

  • You will serve as purchasing buyer when the customer has an urgent request.

  • You will provide front line support to ROI customers regarding supply chain related issues.

  • You will serve as first tier of support for other ROI teams such as Purchasing, CSC Inventory Management, CSC Operations, Transportation, Customer Pack Solutions, Capital Purchasing, and local Supply Chain.             

  • You will coordinate the communication of CSC and CPS out of stock items to Mercy and ROI commercial supply chain customers, offering and sourcing product alternatives.

  • You will work with the customer regarding returns, credits and delivery updates.

  • You will work closely with management to resolve software problems that may hinder workflow.


What you should have for this role:

You must have a High School Diploma

Two years of experience as Supply Chain Customer Support Coordinator or similar customer support contact center role

Strong basic computer skills within the Microsoft Office Suite

Bachelor’s Degree is preferred with emphasis in Business Management, Administration or Marketing

Service Members and Veterans with experience in the following MOS / AFSC / NCC rates should meet the qualifications for this position: 27D, 68X,70B, 70A, 68G, 42L, 42E, 018, 021
