Job Description:

Provides divisional nursing leadership support for Nursing Excellence, elevating the delivery of patient care at the bedside, implementing defined tactics and evidence based practices to mitigate risk, assist in the coordination of the Magnet Journey in EFD, serving as Nursing Liaison to Service Lines.  Utilizes and leverages the Nursing Data Ecosystem standards, tools, and data science methods, in order to examine, validate, and drive nursing performance. 


Qualifications

  • Bachelors of Science in Nursing – Required
  • Master's degree in Nursing Administration, Health Informatics, Business Administration, or Data Science – Preferred
  • 5+ years of experience in progressive Nursing Leadership – Required               
  • 3 + years of experience in Patient Safety, Risk Management – Preferred               
  • 3+ years of experience in Magnet Journey – Preferred        
  • Informatics Certification – Preferred
  • Project Management Certification, Six Sigma Certification – Preferred
