SCHEDULE: PRN/Per Diem

Alaska Regional is hiring a (ARRT) American Registry of Radiologic Technologists! 


The Imaging Tech performs professional duties involved in a variety of technical procedures to apply prescribed ionizing radiation for radiologic diagnosis, with latitude for independent judgment, ingenuity and initiative. The Technician is responsible for patient care, comfort and completion of required procedures. Is also responsible for the assessment, treatment or care appropriate to the ages of the patients served. The Technologist will demonstrates the ability to obtain and interpret information in terms of the patient’s needs; possesses knowledge of growth and development; and has an understanding of the range of treatment needed for these patient groups.

Qualifications

LICENSURE/CERTIFICATION:
  • ARRT (R) preferred or eligible with completion within one year of hire.
EXPERIENCE:
  • 1 year preferred, however new graduates accepted.
