As a Director of Labor Relations you will assist management at the facility, market and division levels in achieving organizational goals by acting as a reliable and trusted consultant on a wide range of labor relations matters including collective bargaining. You will assist in the interpretation and administration of collective bargaining agreements, compliance with labor laws, and union avoidance. You may manage other members of the Labor Relations staff who also provide labor relations support within the pertinent market or division. 

What you will do in this role:

  • You will advise about and manage the response to union organizing.
  • You will advise about and manage the preparation for, and the response to, strikes, picketing and other job actions by unions.
  • You will prepare and present appropriate training for facility management on a variety of labor relations topics.

What qualifications you will need:

  • 7+ years experience of relevant experience.
  • Bachelors degree required.
  • Law degree or Masters in Industrial Relations or Labor Relations or similar discipline is preferred.
