Registered Nurse (RN) Infusion Therapy

• Develops and maintains systems to promote internal and external customer satisfaction
• Ensures patient care satisfaction, quality and safety
• Promotes optimal patient outcomes
• Demonstrates advanced knowledge and skills in the care of patient designated units
• Provides patient care utilizing the nursing process: assessment, care planning, implementation, and reassessment for identified patient population 
• Documents patient care administered
• Coordinates interdisciplinary communication and care
• Delivers care based on the age, physical, psychosocial, cultural, safety and learning needs of the individual patient
• Demonstrates basic and unit specific competencies

• Graduate of an accredited school of nursing (associates degree) required (BSN preferred)
• Current Colorado nursing license or valid compact nursing license required
• If compact RN, Colorado license required within 90 days of hire
• 1 to 3 years RN oncology experience
• Chemotherapy experience
• Current BLS, American Heart Association required
