POSITION SUMMARY: The Emergency Room Registered Nurse is responsible for the day-to-day management and care of the emergent patient. She/he is responsible for the assessing, analyzing, planning, intervening and evaluating the care of the patients admitted to the emergency room. The emergency room nurse has a broad knowledge of prioritizing and caring for all types of emergencies for the patient. The ER Nurse is responsible for good communication and organizational skills. She/he utilizes their clinical expertise in the performance of their duties and practices those duties within the scope of the registered nurse practice.
LICENSURE/CERTIFICATION: Maintains current Utah RN license.
Compact UT and ID licenses accepted.
